Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:  

Lead sales and operations in assigned store portfolio according to the company guideline to meet sales and margin target by management of the 5P¡¯s - People, Product, Process, Profit and Premise

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead sales and operations of stores with medium complexity within  the assigned channel independently to deliver strong performance and growth of the stores
  • Deliver and manage proper actions to increase KPIs for assigned store portfolio based on regular KPI analysis with strategic approach
  • Provide leadership to the assigned store portfolio and resolve people challenges in the stores with low supervision
  • Drive the people plans for the assigned store portfolio and ensure that the plans are implemented in the stores to be the best retail sales team in the sport industry
  • Lead in-store marketing management process and activations in close cooperation with the Brands team to ensure a consistent and aligned brand presentation in the stores
  • Manage store operations by visiting stores at least 3 days a week to ensure store operations comply with the guideline of the store operations manual
  • Drive enhancements in consumer experience in the assigned store portfolio through focus on the consumer service model to ensure unique and positive experience for the consumer
  • Manage all consumer incidences in the assigned store portfolio to ensure that incidences are managed smoothly and protect the brand reputation with low supervision
  • Drive sales events for assigned channel by leading the preparation and supervise the sales events to ensure smooth operation of the events
  • Closely collaboration with the Senior District Manager to brainstorm plans and shape the annual channel specific plans
  • Collaborate closely with Brand teams and group function partners to drive assigned store portfolio requirement and retail initiatives with low supervision

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in Retail related field.
  • Oustanding communication skills, fashion sense and awareness of trends.
  • University degree or above
  • Advanced IT skills in outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English
