Key Responsibilities:

 

Store Health & Safety Operations & Communications

  • Ensure the health & safety regulations in the own retail stores to comply with related law e.g. training, risk assessment etc
  • Follow the global health & safety policy and ensure the execution of required health & safety measurements
  • Guide/communicate/train store teams to ensure required measurements based on regulations and global/local policy and implement regularly audit the stores
  • Report any issues/accidents related to health & safety in store to retail lead, leadership team and global respectively and take proper actions immediately
  • Follow the internal protocol to manage health & safety accident, coach store team and closely communicate to leadership team and help required decision
  • Monthly store self-assessment of health & safety review and follow up with store team
  • Prepare plan and conduct physical store health & safety audits of all stores regularly
  • Taking responsibility of implementation, update of House of Retail include Global Store Operation Policy & Key Operational Procedures
  • Manage & Check store Operational Compliances
  • Execute House of Retail include GSOP & KOP communication & update with RBO & retail stores
  • Store operation-related contract renewal & management
  • Internal communications (TFT / eCom etc) on behalf of store operations health & safety related topic
  • Execute store open / close / renovation status check with related counter part

 

Budgeting & Cost management

  • Budgeting of store operations & a retail store
  • Forecast & Control OPEX based on cost-saving perspective (retail store & store operations)
  • Cost negotiations with vendors

 

Communications with Global store operations

  • Update and implement local guidelines in line with global guidelines on health and safety topics in HoR
  • Support communications with Global store operations
  • Provide feedback on behalf of retail stores and RBO
  • Project support & coordination : LBC / HoR review & update etc 

 

Key Relationships:

  • Retail Stores, District managers, RBO, Warehouse, Finance, eCommerce, Brand adidas / Reebok

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of work experience in Retail Operations in Global Brand
  • Oustanding communication & Negotiation skills, & Project Management Skills .
  • Customer service  Retail enviroment exsperience
  • University degree or above
  • Advanced IT skills in outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English
