Work Experience

  • 2 ~ 4 year-experience in HR, related with HRIS, C&B or payroll

  • Experiences in Global MNC is preferred

Required Competencies

  • Detailed and customer oriented with logical and positive way of thinking

  • Sincere and enthusiastic attitude of working as a team player

  • Transparent, process-oriented attitude of working

  • Working knowledge of labor laws

  • Excellent proficiency of MS Office

  • Experience in ERP or HRIS preferred, preferably “Workday”

  • Good communication skill in Korean and proficiency in verbal and written English
