Job Mission:
Responsible for data integrity, processes, records and data management over global and local HR systems
Responsible for implementation and daily operation of the global HR information system (Workday, HR Craft) and the local systems
Responsible for management of Time & Attendance and benefits operation in compliance with the law and company policy through the global and local systems
Key Responsibilities:
Input/validate personnel data in the HRIS, and make sure that the individual data should be always accurate in a timely manner
Administrate and maintain human resource records, documents & data and review the legitimacy
Review processes and service levels to identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness with stakeholders (retail operations professional, retail manager, IT/ C&B professional, reward manager, HR BP, etc.)
Utilize multiple HR systems (Workday, HR Craft, local payroll and T&A systems) to streamline processes and achieve deliverables
Manage employees¡¯ leave, T&A in accordance with local labor law and internal policy through local T&A system
Support HRIS related global and regional projects
Execute benefit programs and manage applications and systems for benefits programs
Respond to internal and external audits in case of queries and data related to HRIS and process
Support ad-hoc internal and external reporting, such as mandatory reporting requested by government and related agencies
Work Experience
2 ~ 4 year-experience in HR, related with HRIS, C&B or payroll
Experiences in Global MNC is preferred
