Experience planning and managing both small and large-scale training events
Experience in project management and budgeting;
Experience in a client facing role at a retail setting, Luxury retail experience is preferred;
Digital mindset;
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods;
Experience in project management and budgeting;
Analytical, instructional, interpersonal and public speaking skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, Success Factors modules, LMS digital platforms
for learning and digital training solutions;
Very good knowledge of English language; Very fluent in local language (Korean) is a MUST |
