• To provide SMU(source measure unit) ,DMM , DC power supply, System for mass production
products support, customer training and debugging experience about Keithly product.
• To assist in providing SW technical support like C, C++, Linux language to control equipment
for SMU(source measure unit) ,DMM , DC power supply, System for mass production products
support
• To leverage unique strengths, features and addressing points of SMU ,DMM , DC power supply,
mass production System products support
• To provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer/dealer
training and solution of application problems.
• To provide SI company support for delivering of technical knowledge for SMU,DMM,DC power
supply for system integration.
• To provide pre-sales support of company products and systems by resolving and coordinating
the resolution of product problems and issues (Problem documentation, notification and
escalation)
• To keep the position of company as the best solution supplier in SMU(source measure
unit) ,DMM , DC power supply, System for mass production products related market like
Display ,Battery , MLCC Semiconductor area.
• To help customers understand and enhance products operations and applications
• To contribute to develop new value-added applications on Test & Measurement
• To fully understand customers` Needs & Requirements on Test & Measurement
• To relay the status of the customers' technical issues to Product Line and Marketing
