Korea is one of the most important and fastest markets for Dyson worldwide. Dyson operates with a distributor partner in the market and creating its own subsidy business model to support the continued growth and enhance the owner experience.

To drive this growth, Dyson Korea is building its own sales team and ‘eCommerce team’ has been one of big building blocks to lead success of Dyson Korea subsidy business model in terms of strategy and profits.

The incumbent will need to navigate and set right, efficient, and error-zero operation model from the early ambiguity they will face whilst establishing the direct marketplace team and operations, ways of working and ongoing rhythm of the role to champion for the market leadership in each category.

About the Role

TVHS channel manage.

As TVHS Assistant manger your main task is to deliver sales through out to set, operate and improve Go-To-Market strategy in-line with company strategy. To drive sales, you are expected to work closely with internal sales, marketing, and related group functions to develop right contents and activities.

TVHS Channel Sales

  •  • Driving the strategy for accountable channels to achieve sales objectives while preserving and building the brand integrity.  
  •  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional calendar, driving sales and margin, site traffic, improving average transaction size, and order frequency.
  •  • Managing the digital experience optimization for accountable channels via up-to-date product demonstration through airing.
  •  • Alignment of inventory demand, and sales plan through accurate forecasting with supply chain
  •  • Forecast and take accountability of total year P&L for accountable channels.

Account Partnerships

  •  • Strong relationship with 3rd party TVHS channels to leverage healthy growth.
  •  • Establish strongest possible commercial relationships with key channels.
  •  • Build network with key channels.
  •  • Manage multi-channel issues to maximize profit.
  •  • Build appropriate channel differentiation strategies.
  •  • Monthly business review with key channels

Maintenance & Operation management

  •  • Managing whole cycle for accountable channels’ maintenance & operation
  •  • Build & Update Brand and promotion page in-line with company strategy.
  •  • Manage & plan right internal OSB (Order, Shipping, Billing) process co-working w/ finance & logistic teams.
  •  • Maintain Dyson TV airing guideline & fixture, complement the Dyson TV airing guideline & fixture according to Dyson global guideline.
  •  • Maintain contract with customers, complement the contract in every year.

Strong engagement

  •  • Work with Marketing, Communications and Finance team to make integrated business plans for growth of both sell-in / sell-out performance.
  •  • Request support to relevant teams for leveraging channel performance and coordinate analysis with ROI, learning and optimization plan.

About You

  •  • Experience bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant business-related field.
  •  • Total 5 -10yrs+ with minimum 1 years TVHS operating experience required; some of which must be with a strong consumer brand in Sales or MKT field.
  •  • Knowledge of consumer lifecycle journey.
  •  • Build up Go-to-Market strategy based on good understanding of channels, consumer behavior and their journey.
  •  • Managing Sales Forecasting (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly) and annual budget based on inventory projection, communication plan and promotion scheme development.
  • Ability to work well within a cross departmental team framework.
  •  • Strong team player capable of building and motivating teams.
  •  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
