This position is intended to align with the development of the hydrogen industry and the evolving needs of diverse customers, with a focus on managing weekly and monthly deadlines and responsibilities related to transportation.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Registration of new customer on the concerned systems (Gideons, ERP and etc)

• Collect the information of new customer from H2 Bisiness Line
• Get approval from concerned peoples and departments to register new customer on the system concerned
• Create/Revise the master data required for registering the new customer on the concerned systems like Gideons, Oracle & etc
• Maintain the master data regarding product delivery

2. Delivery order management via Gideonse

• Get the information regarding customer order from SCM Distribution planner
• Create the delivery order for customer and product in Gideonse

3. Daily closing for each delivery order created on Gideons

• Collect the delivery note signed by customer from the concerned people and/or driver
• Confirm/Revise the information regarding delivered product in Gideonse
• Maintain/Manage the records regarding product such as the delivery note, invoice and etc

4. Monthly closing for each delivery order created on Gideons

• Share/Confirm for the delivered volumewith customer and H2 Business Line
• Close/Freeze the delivery orders confirmed on Gideonse in order to invoice customer a bill

5. Monthly closing for the outsourcing products and transportation company

• Calculate the total volume by each supplier for a month
• Confirm the volume with each supplier

6. Monthly HRS SCM KPI Report

• Share the SCM KPI reports with H2 Business LineCooperate with H2E to improve H2 Business Line KPI
