• Handle the local C&B process such as monthly payroll and Year-end Tax settlement process in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external vendor.
• Monitor Payroll and Workforce Administration processes, ensure they are in compliance with local legislation requirements
• Deliver regular/irregular government required data in a timely and accurate manner - includes but not limited to government surveys, immigration requirements, compliance, tax and statutory contributions etc
• Continuously review improvement opportunities of in-country Workforce Administration and Payroll processes; ensure alignment of local policies and programs with regional and global requirements, implement improvement to streamline processes
• Maintain accurate HR records and look for ways to effectively utilize technology to drive HR data accuracy.
• Support local benefit administration
• Provide functional partners with data making key decisions (IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, People Partners, regional/country HR leaders etc)
