Job Responsibilities

Implement a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services and associated systems information. Perform the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.

Duties involve but are not limited to:

  •  • Handle warehouse inventories such as Wafer, Parts, and Components that are used for Lam equipment.
  •  • Review customer orders, examine, stock and distribute merchandise, products and materials from lab operations inventory.
  •  • Prepare products and merchandise for distribution to customers and notify customers of availability of products and merchandise for pick-up.
  •  • Execute replenishment strategies; conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts.
  •  • Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
  •  • Check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of goods and reject unsatisfactory items.
  •  • Compile and document all transactions for data entry.
  •  • Inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, receipt and shipment of products, and third-party warehousing.
  •  • Provide financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories.
  •  • Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation.
  •  • Package and prepare products and merchandise for shipment.
  •  • Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
  •  • Ability to work extended hours.

Minimum Qualifications

  •  • 1+ years relevant experience.
  •  • Inventory control and planning experience.
  •  • Highly motivated and always seeking for improvement and to drive projects to timely closure.
  •  • Excellent interpersonal communication and people skills.
  •  • Good problem-solving skills.
  •  • Good English language skills (able to speak, read and write English).
  •  • Forklift experience beneficial.
  •  • Able to lift 20 Kg (50 lbs).
