- Meet or exceed the commercial learning and development/training needs of assigned markets by fostering people and skill development.

- Design and execute learning and development courses to improve sales performance consistently.

-Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify future capability development requirements aligned with business goals.

-Elevate the sales team's capabilities to achieve unit and value targets, emphasising strategic growth in key product categories.

- Develop and manage the budget and plan for the region in alignment with marketing and sales objectives.

- Support, develop, and deliver regional commercial programs based on global guidelines to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

- Strengthen field staff capabilities to build robust customer relationships through 360-degree selling.

- Partner with local and area leadership to identify and prioritize development needs within the country/region.

- Provide quarterly/annual commercial learning and development plans, outlining key strategies and tactics, to the supervisor and training department.

- Plan field visits in local markets with specific coaching objectives for BDMs/FLMs, providing feedback and recommending action plans.

- Ensure adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines and programs.
