Job Summary

This role will provide Project and Construction Management services for a variety of clients. The working location will be CBRE HQ office.

Key Responsibilities

- Extensive market knowledge in commercial real estate

- Establish business strategy and manage revenue

- Professionality for client-facing meetings or presentation

- Manage to establish project objectives based on understanding of the requirements and experiences

- Lead or advise communication with the project team and relevant parties

- Manage or advise project execution

- Manage or advise project documentation and reporting

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, eg. Architectural Engineering or Construction Management

- 15+ years’ experience in Project or Construction Management

- Licensed Architect or architectural engineer/technician is preferred.

- Experience in a real estate company doing Project Management or Construction Management or Experience at a Construction Management company or Construction Engineering company is preferred.

[자격요건]

- 4년제 대학에서 관련 전공자 우대 (건축학과, 건설관리 등)

- 15년 이상의 프로젝트 관리, 건설관리 경험 (부장/이사급)

- 건축사 또는 건축기사, 건축 기술사 자격증 소지자 우대

- 부동산 업계에서의 PM, CM 경험 우대

- 건축사 사무소, 건설사, CM사 등에서의 PM, CM 경험 우대
