We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Director
to join our dynamic team at SmartOSC Korea. As a Key Account Director, you will
play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our clients. If you have

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
relationships with key stakeholders at the client side (Project Teams
Procurement, Management, etc..). Serve as the primary point of contact and
advocate for client needs within the agency.
¡Ü
Commercial Engagement: Handle the commercial processes to
finalize the Contracts, Work Orders, Sign-Off, Payments, etc.. to deliver the
assigned revenue target of the assigned key account.
¡Ü
Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the Delivery Team to
monitor and analyze key performance metrics for assigned clients. Provide
data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize their ecommerce strategies
and drive growth.
¡Ü
Upselling and Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell
additional services or features to clients based on their evolving needs and
industry trends. Drive account expansion and revenue growth.
¡Ü
Issue Resolution: Act as a problem solver by addressing
client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain a proactive
approach to prevent potential challenges.
¡Ü
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients,
team members, and management. Provide regular updates on account progress,
project statuses, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven
account management experience (03+ years) in Digital agencies, with a broad
understanding of the IT system development.

A
deep understanding of the Korean IT market landscape, including market trends,
consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics

A
high level of professionalism, supported by strong communication and
negotiation skills

Proven
ability to build Champions and remain client¡¯s satisfaction

ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail

Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
