If you are up for the challenge of developing our future Operations and want to be a part of the innovative world of Volvo Group, this is the graduate program for you!

During 15 intense and exciting months, our Operations Graduate Program will give you a holistic view of our operational and logistic activities, including both the local and global perspective. You will be working with the technologies of tomorrow, building the products of the future – electric, connected and automated. In parallel, you will grow as a person, through individual and team development sessions.

You will have a permanent position from day one, with a manager and mentor to support you. You will experience several local and international on the job-rotations and work on business critical projects developing your competencies for tomorrow. You will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business such as manufacturing, health and safety, quality, and continuous improvements, while also learning about the end-to-end supply chain, aftermarket parts and our remanufacturing operations. In addition, you will gather with other program participants to take part in trainings and events designed to help you grow into your future career at the Volvo Group. We offer the opportunity for you to be part of our digital transformation, applying new technologies to connect and automate our processes. Together we work with AI, data science, machine learning, circular systems, virtual manufacturing and more, to build our full electric or autonomous products.

[자격요건]

경력사항: 신입, 경력(2년 이하)
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업 이상

·       프로그램 시작 전 까지 기계, 전기, 전자, 컴퓨터, 산업공학 학사 또는 석사 학위보유

·       졸업후 사업체 경력은 최대 2년까지만 허용

·       글로벌 프로그램 참여를 위해 능숙한 영어 말하기/쓰기능력이 요구됨
(외국인인 경우 기초 수준의 한국어 말하기 듣기 능력 필요)

·       시민권자가 아닌 경우 신청 국가의 유효한 취업 허가

·       인더스트리 4.0 관련 주제와 관련된 프로젝트 수행 또는 연구 경험

·       A BSc or MSc in mechanical, electric or electronic, computer, industrial engineering completed prior to the start of the program.

·       After graduation, experience is limited to a maximum of two years or none

·       In this truly global program, communication will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English.
(in case of forigners, basic level of Korean speaking and listening is required)

·       Valid work permit for the applied country if not a citizen.
