As a Finance Manager for Motion Business Area in Seoul, South Korea, you will be responsible for partnering with relevant business leader in determining strategy for their area of responsibility and developing implementation and monitoring plan.

Your responsibilities

• Contributing to the definition of strategy for the business unit
• Enabling strategy translation into business plans and monitors measurable targets
• Driving business planning and forecasting process for their area of responsibility
• Leading cross-functional initiatives that support strategic goals
• Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within their area of responsibility
• Leading, providing guidance, and participating or facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices
• Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for their area of responsibility
• Ensuring transparency in financial reporting and disclosures

Your background

• At least 7 years of experience in an accounting role within similar industry
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business related
• Experience with the tax related is preferred
• Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP(must) and US GAAP accounting(nice to have)
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to multitask
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Has people managing experience
• English and Korean communication skill must
