KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Act as local Digital Coordinator to support the group¡¯s Digital projects and initiatives.
Monitor best practices of eCom/ Performance Marketing/ Omnichannel retail in KR market, especially leveraging the KR specific digital ecosystem of Naver & Kakao.
Coordinate each Maison¡¯s approved e-business project activities with supporting Richemont groups (e.g. IT, e-Services, Logistics, Legal, Marketing, Audit/Risk)
Find opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality and improved user experiences.
Support between Korean and English translation on internal and external documentations.
Consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly CRC & e-Com sales report.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action to ensure we build and maintain a leadership position in eCommerce/ Digital
Support Digital operation related tasks.
 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Bachelor's degree
Prefer 1-3years of relevant experience in eCommerce/Digital
Native Korean speaking/ Proficient verbal and written English skills
Computer proficiency at MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel and SAP is a plus
Strong attention to details
Positive attitude, team player, open-minded, flexible
