We are looking for an exceptional Assoc. IT Field Service Analyst who can provide IT support to all customers, internal and external, within the assigned geographic region.

What you will do is:

• • IT customer services and support.
• • Incident and Problem management: Owner of helpdesk tickets and ensure they are updated and acted on appropriately.
• • Computer hardware and software installation and support including Company mobile devices.
• • Coordination with Global Teams for projects implementation.
• • IT asset management.
• • Fulfill BCP and DRP SOPs and standardized Information Security requirements and policies.

What you will bring to the role and to our team are the following qualifications:

• • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• • +3 years solid IT customer services experience with 2 years IT infrastructure/system admin experiences.
• • Able to manage local Infrastructure like AD, Servers, Storage and LAN/VLAN/Wifi network including SNT (Secure Network Topology).
• • Solid Office365 knowledge and skills.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English, including development and delivery of management presentation in English.

Any of the following would be a plus:

• • Knowledge of AWS, MES and Barcode
• • MS, Cisco Certification
• • Driver’s license
