MAIN PURPOSE
Responsible for Business in Korea, from P&L to team management to brand equity.
Scope of responsibilities include domestic and duty-free market.

O Team Management
- Create and recruit the Korea team, office and store staff
- Coach and inspire talents
- Set tone and energy for Korea

O P&L Responsibility
- Grow Biz. to be a financially powerful brand
- Develop and manage budgets, deliver financial commitments

O Brand Equity
- Elevate brand desirability in Korea
- Represent Brand in Korea to business partners, clients, press and key opinion leaders
- Actively contribute to global brand positioning
- Work closely with global marketing team

O Strategy and Distribution
- Develop network distribution plan for both domestic and duty free
- Work closely with global Chief Commercial Officer and Korea President
- Work closely with Real Estate Director for landlord negotiations.
