"To implement, administer, and improve the Industrial Management System in the areas of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE).Duties & Accountabilities
- Implements and maintains Ener'Hy¡¯s health and safety management system by assuring the maintenance and continual improvement of a HSE in accordance with the IMS.
- Establish the construction site HSE plan and follow-up its progress.
- Plan, lead, and participate in construction site safety meetings.
- Review and update monthly, all site-specific safety plans with the project teams
- Coordinate Government Audit for the construction site (MoL, MoE, KEMCO, KOSHA, KGSC, Fire fighting station etc.) and support the corrective actions follow up.
- Performs safety audits and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventative measures
- Coordinate and conduct worksite inspections, assessments, surveys and program evaluations to identify potential hazards and for compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations and contract requirements.
- Executes health and safety plans on jobsites and train employees/ subcontractors on safety policies to encourage a culture of health and safety
- Identify HSE training needs for construction employees, defines training objectives according to group and local requirement and prepare/follow up construction training plans including qualification.
- Coordinates audit activities for HSE by organizing external audits, working with corporate team and develop a check list encompassing the needs of IMS and local regulation. Assist with performing the audits and track the results for each location.
- Communicate with Project & Construction management team by developing effective communication programs and tools necessary for emergency response & crisis management.
