Job Description

* °í¿ëÇüÅ : ÆÄ°ß°è¾àÁ÷

- Responsible for managing orders and complaints in Korea IG business. (Package Gas and Liquid Bulk etc.)
-Handle daily inbound/outbound calls, emails, Purchase Order from customer websites.
- Records on complaint received, assign to appropriate complaint owners and investigators to investigate the matter to solve. 
-Maintain friendly attitude and professional service to maintain good relationship with customers for better experience.
- Responsible for coordination on ¡°order to cash¡± process, i.e., scheduling, supply chain, plant, commercial teams, etc 
-Check and follow up on the customer requirement and ensure update in SAP.
-Must understand the basic product properties we provide (cylinder, liquid gas, pipeline etc.) to 
handle orders and communicate with customers.
  -Teamwork is important and the exact same information must be delivered from CS team to prevent misunderstanding or miscommunication with customers.
- Develop KPI to improve customer experience and control urgent orders.
