Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1.                  Perform and support all clinical education/training programs

   - Design training strategy detailed programs

   - Plan quarterly/monthly schedule

   - Conduct trainings

   - Support the trainings when physicians conduct trainings.   

2.                  Have ongoing communication with sales team regarding training strategy, plans & schedule.

3.                  Be responsible to coordinate training logistics such as scheduling, preparing materials, communicating with trainees and other function parts in the company, & etc 

4.                  Monitor and follow up the training program quality to analyze good & improvement areas

5.                  Visit customers in order to provide scientific support for our customers; answering customers¡¯ questions, handling clinical complaints or issues, and maintaining relationship.

6.                  Provide product information for internal staff and customers by researching up-to-date article or journals  

7.                  Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

 

 

Position Requirements and Competency Measurements

 

Education and/or Experience (years):

-Minimally BA, BS. Degree in nursing.

-Working knowledge of Plastic Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and Aesthetics physician

communities preferred.

-2~3 years experience in developing and coordinating clinical education programs for physicians and

patients preferred.

-More than 2 years¡¯ experience in clinical fields

-Sales & marketing experience in healthcare industry preferred

-Should be open to frequent local business travel
