Locating in HQ of AfreecaTV in Seoul, Korea reporting to Global Project Lead.
We are looking for a passionate, determined, and humble candidate. As a Global Platform Operations, you will dedicatedly work with key projects that will share the success of our global business.

 

 

 

[Key Responsibilities]

● Manage Customer Support/Platform Management of a live streaming platform

  - Establish and manage new platform live stream/user policy

  - Monitor live streams and establish CS policy

 

● Localization of streaming platform policy and its operation/Establish local office operation process

  - Service curation & platform monitoring process localization

  - Support and manage platform localization(technical/QA support and related task management)

  - Training of local office operation process 

 

 

[Preferred qualifications]

● 1+ years in Platform Operations

● Analytics and data driven

● Excellent communication in both Korean and English

● Project management skills (e.g. Timeline management, budget cost tracking, etc.)

● Experience in developing global businesses in Live streaming, game/esports industries

 

 

[Plus]

● Experience and knowledge in content and LIVE streaming platform business

● Heavy user on streaming platform

● Experience in global game publishing

● Multilingual speaker (Korean, Japanese, Spanish and Chinese, etc.)

● Passionate gamer and esports fan

● Passionate AfreecaTV fan
