• Conducting negotiations for policy renewals and ensuring the timely delivery of renewal reports and policy documentation.

• Adhere to established business processes, systems, and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance standards.

• Oversee product management and development of new credit products that are of importance to the Australian market and client requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Aon colleagues and third-party partners such as carriers, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

• Proactively cultivate strategic external partnerships and relationships to meet client demands.
