- Full responsibility for market pricing strategies including the management of price list and discounting logic.
- Lead Salesforce CPQ implementation project for market. (incl. requirements gathering, testing, and training) 
- Collaborate with marketing team for new product launches to drive product upgrades, competitor conversions and effective pricing strategies to rationalise inline products.
- Implement discounting programs and frameworks, aligned to Region & Global guidance.
- Full accountability for market pricing governance process. Ensuring the implementation of a clear pricing and customer exception evaluation process which includes strategic, long-term impact as well as legal compliance. 
- Monitor the market environment for trends impacting pricing and developing mitigation strategies.
- Lead price analytics and communicate pricing KPIs.
- Ensure cross-functional communication and engagement in key strategic and customer pricing decisions.
- Train relevant Affiliate associates on pricing/ value tools & processes (incl. quoting tools, pricing frameworks, pricing governance, etc.)
- Maintain all price systems & quoting tools
- Act as the affiliate strategic pricing point of contact for the region team
