[HR] Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiting manager) for Global HRD 

[Job Description]

• Ensure a detailed understanding of each open position, including the ideal candidate profile and critical timelines
• Ability to screen candidate's communication skills
• Scheduling interviews (through email, phone communication)
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
• Updating candidate records and job posting systems and confirming new hires
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
• Preparing the on-barding process of recruits including the visa
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

[Qualifications]
• Bilingual in Korean and English (verbal and written)
• Must be business level or native level of English skill
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to prioritize
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy required
• Strong MS Office program skills (Excel, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with people from diverse backgrounds
• 1+ years of proven recruiting experience with a strong track record of successful and timely recruitment is preferred

[Locations/Schedule]
• Seoul, Apgujeong Station
• Monday to Friday 9AM ~ 6PM
• Some Saturdays will be required
• Start Date: Negotiable
