Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) team is seeking a Business Operations Specialist based in Seoul, South Korea.

Boeing places high priority in identifying the right talent for its workforce, and in investing in its employees' careers and development. Boeing Korea begins its employee's journey with a two-year fixed-term employment contract with full benefits. Following successful completion of the employment term, it is possible to continue with permanent contract, subject to individual performance and business requirements.

Introduction:

What BGES (Boeing Global Enterprise Services) Does:
Lead, integrate and optimize service delivery provided by internal and external partners. Clarify service delivery priorities and align with enterprise functional strategies.
Assess service delivery effectiveness, identify issues and drive resolution by using new BPR (Business Plan Review) dashboard to report to BGES (Boeing Global Enterprise Services) senior leadership.
Challenge and take actions to improve processes that don't make sense. Lead discussion and drive decision making to deliver services locally vs. enterprise or contractor provided, when it makes business sense.

Project Management for country level Business Enablement.

Operations & Services Criteria (Scope of Work):

1 Site operations; Lead global sites’ non-production operations

2 Business compliance: business entity, licenses, permits & passes, delegations and PoA, Stamp, contracted manpower compliance, work with GTC (Global Trade Control), Information security compliance

3 Real estate planning & management

4 Facilities maintenance; workplace maintenance, workplace furniture & equipment maintenance, cleaning services

5 Facilities planning; space management, parking management, facility projects

6 Project management 

7 Landlord management

8 Office Operations; reception, mail and shipment, telecommunication, office supplies management, subscription management, BGES annual calendar maintenance

9 RIM (Record & Information Management)

10 Finance Support; BGES invoice & payment management

11 Local credit card management;

12 Workplace Security; physical security management, workplace access, secure badge coordination, visitor access management, office information security 

13 Environment, Health & safety; occupational health, workplace safety, 

14 Risk management

15 Sustainability

16 Business continuity; emergency preparedness, country contingency planning, business preparedness, call tree

17 Business travel & immigration support; immigration coordination & support, LOI (Letter of Intent),

18 Photo archive

19 On/Off boarding services – BGES’ new employee orientation

20 Event Management

SOW can be updated and changed based on actual business needs.

This is for an international, locally hired position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll.
