1. Order Management

- Daily monitoring sales orders from E-shop

- Order entry in SAP system (SD module)

- Monitoring of Open orders/Backorders and following-up 

  Incomplete/ Credit limits / Cost missing/ Delivery blocks

2. Logistics & Outbound delivery

- Daily delivery monitoring with cooperation of 3PL 

  warehouse

- Customer special requests : Direct shipments, Special 

  packing labelling, Special shipping documents, Shipping 

  conditions, etc.

- Closely working with SCM team for checking the schedules

- Re-schedule & balancing the delivery priorities, considering 

  any urgent cases & special requests

3. Monthly Closing & Invoice

- Monitoring the system invoices after the deliveries

- E-mailing to the customers for checking the monthly sales 

  amounts every month and Issuing each tax invoices 

  through the national tax website. 

4. Complaints & Returns

- Receiving the complaints from the customers, checking 

  the status and following up. (Logistics complaints, Returns, 

  Repairs etc.)

- Process issue of credit notes/debit note or SDF order 

  (Subsequent Delivery Free of charge)

5. Customer Supports

- Support daily inquires from distributors (Providing product 

  information, special documents etc.)

- Share a stock list daily to distributors

6. Sales Supports

- Handling inquiries from the company homepage and 

  official e-mail

- Sales history data

- Checking the other plants¡¯ inventories for the potential 

  spec. in

7. Others

- Physical stock-counting at the 3PL warehouse if required 

  anytime

- Data supports to other team
