[ÁÖ¿ä¾÷¹«]
o    Digital Workplace Management
Responsible for managing IT Workplace & Digital Workplace related tasks, such as IT devices ((e.g.) Laptop, Mobile device, etc.), user¡¯s Group account requests provision (create, change, deactivate), user¡¯s on/offboard management, Email and MS Products management, Video conference & Collaboration tool management, Network folders & OA devices management, etc. by working together with other IT teams, onsite & online IT Service Desks and suppliers.
  
o    Outsourcing and SLA Management (¾Æ¿ô¼Ò½Ì ¹× SLA °ü¸®)
Working with and ensuring SLA with relevant IT outsources and vendors in order to keep the level of work quality and constant improve, streamline and optimize IT Workplace & Digital Workplace with appropriate problem management and change management of the processes. Also sometimes providing 2nd level supports for the issue escalated from onsite & online IT Service Desks. (* currently IT Workplace and Service Desk managed under SLA with outsourcing)
 
o    Asset, Budget & Cost, Group KPI Management 
Managing IT Assets such as IT devices ((e.g.) Laptop, Mobile device, etc.) and Maintaining IT Asset data in IT inventory system. Planning Workplace & Digital Workplace budget including hardware & software upgrade, and Tracking the cost of them by verifying procurement material, IT SA, IT contract, invoices, etc. Monitoring Group IT Workplace & Digital Workplace related KPI and improving in case of low KPI by coordinating and checking them from different IT teams and relevant suppliers.
 
o    Support of Monthly IT Security Review  and Yearly Vulnerability Analysis & Assessment 

Working for IT Department¡¯s Monthly IT Security Review by providing IT Workplace & Digital Workplace related evidences and checking them from different IT teams and relevant suppliers. Also working for Yearly Vulnerability Analysis & Assessment (3 times per a year for different view and area) by providing IT Workplace & Digital Workplace related evidences to assessor, mitigating the vulnerabilities with relevant responsible IT teams and suppliers, and maintaining technical documentation. 
 
o    Other Relevant Duties as Assigned  
Assisting Infrastructure & IT Security Team manager in order to plan and implement corporate and local tasks. 


Job Requirements

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]
- Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree preferred
- Minimum 1 years of IT infrastructure and/or Digital Workplace experience
- Experience in Windows core technologies, Windows 10/11 administration and AD administration experience
- Proficiency with computer applications, included but not limited, to M365, MS Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Mobile tech., etc.  
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, foundational understanding of networking, telecom, infrastructure, cybersecurity and endpoint, etc.

- Good problem solving and moderation skills
- High reliability in delivering results
- Language skills: Fluent in Korean and very good English skill
