•  • Support the development of relevant processes, methods and tools 
•  • Analyze, evaluate, and improve utilized processes, methods and tools in the R&D areas
•  • Rollout and support of processes, methods and tools in (mechatronic) development areas 
•  • Create/adjust PMT training material and hold trainings to qualify R&D employees 
•  • Consult and coach development teams in the application of processes, methods and tools 
•  • Communicate and align with global PMT/PMO network and ensure PMT solutions match with local customer and legal requirements
•  • Coordinate and moderate reviews
•  • Provide reporting to management to share status information and/or to highlight risks and issues 
•  • Support global harmonization and standardization of processes, methods and tools 
•  • Review process conformity based on assessments methods (like e.g., Automotive SPICE) and support audits
   

자격

•    Academic degree in Engineering, Business Studies or similar 
•    Experience in Project Management
•    Experience in engineering product development

•    Experience with the software tool “PTC Integrity”
•    Experience in configuration management

•    Excellent communication and presentation skills and cooperative working attitude 
•    Fluent English - written and spoken 
•    Analytical and structural thinking and acting
