O Sales Operation
- Analyze Sales data and derive valuable insights from broad range of sales information to make business decisions
- Manage Salesforce system and relevant data analysis for Sales performance tracking and update
- Manage people in the team to deliver consistent and stable reporting support in the organization

O Conduct annual pricing review
- Identify potential Revenue Margin Growth
- Set guardrails on channel / customer pricing, promo, trade terms, and mix execution, e.g.:

O Responsible for setting and continuous tracking of Revenue Margin Growth objectives within business strategy
- Track & monitor RM performance throughout the year vs targets/guardrails

O Drive continuous Revenue Margin Growth improvement cycle and strategy

O Support & work with other functions, Marketing, Finance, Sales to provide analysis, pricing & market insight

- Commercial, financial & analytics experience, preferably in FMCG

- Strong strategic analytical skills – ability to review complex, ambiguous/incomplete data, pulling out key insights

- Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills to win support and drive decision making at MT level

- High level of cross functional cooperation: effectively partnering with communication, control, account & brand teams

- Experience in successfully guiding and managing small teams is an advantage

- Proficient English written and oral skills.
