• Provide management with effective legal advice on the Company’s business and strategies.
• Analyze the reputational, commercial and legal implications of all Company activities to ensure that they are conducted within and compliant with existing legal frameworks.
• Identify, manage and escalate potential legal risks in the Company, including employment, data and insurance regulatory issues.

• Degree in Law
• Called to the Korean bar
• Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Legal and Compliance
• Insurance industry experience highly preferred; other financial services experience advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of local and international business standards, best practices and external regulations
