Major Accountabilities

- Provide quality, professional responses to meet customer needs and satisfaction.  Solid problem-solving processes.
- Communicate with customer on a daily basis
- Assure that all parts necessary for successful service repair are available.  Control spare parts inventory levels in trunk inventory.
- Test repaired instrument in all operating modes and assure that repaired instrument operates at Alcon`s specifications.
- Install retrofits and instruct customers of resultant benefits and changes
- Diagnose operating problem with malfunctioning equipment.  Consult management on chronic or unusual problems.
- Submit neatly completed paperwork in a timely manner.
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements in executing the assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in the local regulation and the Corporate procedure.
- Ensure reporting of all spontaneous adverse events (AE) and technical complaints for all Alcon Products according to respective SOP
