All workstreams are working in parallel to implement actions and scale up of engagement and resources across the House.

This is an important role within the House to actively promote the sustainability program and to achieve sustainability objectives in various parts of an asset project. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders such as market’s C-suites, cross business units, and project managers on topics relating to:

• • Lead execution of the regional projects under the APAC sustainability team

• • Oversee multiple sustainability projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, meeting sustainability objectives whilst within budget,

• • Sustainable programs such as decarbonization, asset enhancement projects, CSRD reporting and relevant pilot/flagship projects

This role will drive solutioning, testing, and integration of sustainability practices into market operations, driving the change of the culture and ways of working, through hands-on involvement with regional & market stakeholders.

• • Project Management:

  • • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Forge sustainable engagement with respective stakeholders to woo alignment, consensus and influence decision making, whilst addressing market nuances & specificities.

  • • Project Execution: Provide an end-to-end supervision and management of the project implementation.

• • Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

  • • Project Performance: Manage project performance, tracking milestone and develop tools to support the initiatives.

  • • Project Reporting: Update project trackers, project schedule, periodic project updates via reports, insights, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.

  • • Project Risk Management: Using SWOT analysis to identify and manage risks, opportunities and innovations related to sustainability projects.

• • Stakeholder Management:

  • • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders from global/ regional/ local such as managing directors, business finance and CFO, indirect procurements, real estate managers, in-house designers, and supply chain managers to integrate sustainability principles into decision-making processes. This includes facilitating workshops and/or training sessions to advocate sustainable best practices.

  • • Vendor and Resource Management: Coordinate with external vendors and internal resources to procure necessary materials, services and expertise required for project execution.
