  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision aligned with 42dot's overall goals and market trends. Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch to ongoing improvements. Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmap based on customer needs, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead and collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on user feedback and data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective execution of the product development process. Foster collaboration, facilitate communication, and align stakeholders towards common goals.
  • Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and analyze market trends to understand customer needs and preferences. Utilize insights to drive product decision-making and enhance user experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape. Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify opportunities and inform product positioning and differentiation.

Requirements (ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç)

  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred. More than 10 years of relevant work experience in product management, project management, or related roles is typically required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in product management methodologies, practices, and frameworks. Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and manage the entire product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with technology, software development processes, and understanding of engineering principles. The ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams and translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and user experience. Ability to conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to drive informed product decisions.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives. Experience in identifying market opportunities, assessing competition, and positioning products for success.
