- Develop and execute product strategy, in line with global brand guidelines and local market demands.
- Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with Wholesales team and MCO team.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities. Share the foresight to APAC Product team and Korea
Channel and Marketing team on a regular basis.
- Segment the market channels and develop tailored merchandising strategies for each channel.
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaborate with the Marketing team to
develop compelling marketing campaigns, content, and digital strategies that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth and improvement.
- Drive the development and execution of product assortment plans that cater to the Korean market preference and align with brand¡¯s DNA.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the merchandising team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stay updated with industry trends, consumer insights and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
