Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a PR & Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that achieve our business goals. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and target key customers, and you will develop and manage relationships with key media outlets. You will also be responsible for planning and executing retail marketing campaigns, including CRM, VMD, and DM. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and managing events that promote our brand and generate leads. Your extensive experience will enable Blancpain to run even more effective marketing campaigns.

Key Accountabilities:

Media Planning and Execution

• Develop and execute annual media plans and monthly marketing expense reporting.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.

Retail Marketing Planning and Execution

• Coordinate direct mailing and product leaflet production.
• Manage PLV, POSM, GWP orders, and stock.
• Implement, execute, and maintain seasonal VMD based on global guidelines.
• Follow up on VIP gifting.

Event Planning and Management

• Plan and execute local/proximity in-store events.
• Provide post-event reporting.

Press Relations

• Translate, proofread, and disseminate press releases and corporate PR materials.
• Coordinate photo shoots and follow up on media requests.
• Monitor press coverage and provide reports.
• Conduct media rounding and product pitches.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of experience in PR & Marketing for luxury brands.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and a strong team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Digital media experience a plus.
