Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of Siemens EDA by increasing customer satisfaction and productivity with Siemens EDA’s Tessent products.
• Support and resolve all Tessent software issues of our customers.
• Develop and deliver technical training on new features and product updates.
• Track and update customer issues using defined Siemens EDA processes and tracking tools.
• Develop Technical content for Siemens EDA's knowledge base.
• Communicate customers’ technical requirements and customer issues to the Product Team. This will include an understanding and communication of the urgency and impact of these issues to the product and sales teams.
• Develop a network of technical relationships at a peer-to-peer level with Siemens EDA worldwide technical teams, our customers, and the Product engineering teams.
• Understand customer needs on Tessent, involve, and work with their projects for using the right methodologies and Siemens EDA tools for successful project completion.
• Involve and drive the Tool evaluation/benchmark, Technical product presentations, Methodology review, Tool deployment and adoption, drive competitive replacements, and provide customer support during critical Project implementation phases.
• Work with worldwide account teams to form strategies and successfully drive Siemens EDA tools inside customer projects to enable Siemens EDA business success.

Job Qualifications

• Education: BSEE/MSEE (Master’s degree preferred)
• Familiarity with VLSI design, VLSI testing, and design testability.
• Experience with design, simulation, and verification of ASIC/VLSI circuits and systems, design verification, and product test generation preferred.
• An in-depth understanding of Design for Test (DFT) structures is required. This includes scan-based testing, Memory BIST, Logic BIST, and Boundary Scan
• Knowledge of scan data compression methodologies and ATPG flows is desired.
• Preferred experience in specific areas :
• Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux
• Languages: Verilog (Behavioral, RTL, gate level), VHDL (Behavioral, RTL, gate level), TCL, Perl, C/C++
• CAD Tools: Synthesis, Simulation, ATPG, Memory BIST, Logic BIST, Boundary Scan.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to break a complex problem into its components.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer-facing skills are a must.
