The Job Responsibilities

Purpose of Function


The Order Management & Purchasing is responsible for managing the order processes and analysing, monitoring delivery schedule with HQ and 3rd parties, and supporting the supply chain operations in the company. Also this role is accountable for proceeding customs clearance for import deliveries according to the local regulation.


Process related:

 • DCS SP2130 Purchasing S&S entities

 • DCS OF1150 Ordering

 


Tasks and Responsibilities

Order management:

 • Place an order upon the sales demand

 • Manage the order process, delivery schedule and analysis any potential risk e.g. delayed delivery

 • Communicate the issues happened during order process with all stakeholders on time


Customs clearance:

All import customs clearance should be conducted effectively and all the necessary local regulations are must be observed

Share daily customs clearance lists with sales and service team

Purchasing:


Place an order according to local approval process (NPI)

 • Manage and evaluate the local suppliers based on the local SOP

 • The relevant purchasing processes and internal regulations should be conducted (DCS SP2130 Purchasing S&S entities)


Monthly closing:

 • Monthly closing for Import and local purchaing based on the local policy

 • Check balance statements with all stakeholders

 


Your Qualifications

 • University degree of equivalent order processing, international trade or a related field.

 • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in order management and purchasing.

 • International purchasing experience beneficial.

 • Medical and/or safety technology experience beneficial.

 • Good communication skills in English.

 • Knowledge of international trading

 • IT skills : MS office, ERP system.. (NAV beneficial)

 • Excellent ability to work in team, listen and to collaborate.
