The Job Responsibilities
Purpose of Function
• Provide engineering and administrative support (Mainly office bound role) to ensure frontline sales (EPC and General) can focus on lead generation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Effectively this role is to support the growth in the EPC business in South Korea and Japan.
EPC Focus:
• Project Schedule handling
• Document control
• Communication with customer/vendor
• Procurement
• Drawing up systems(AutoCAD)
• Monitor customers’ orders and ensure timely delivery
• Technical clarification (contact with customer or Sales may be required)
Accountabilities/KPIs’
• Full support to achieve yearly budget
• Professional and timely submission of engineering documents
• Projects managed on time and within budget
• Documentation full and accurate
• Communication with General Sales force and EPC manage effective.
Your Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Information Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar)
• New engineering graduates or max 5 years experience in EPC project management
• Documentation accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application Software and AutoCAD
• Communication (Customer, and internal) English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
