Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• Manage and execute a fully integrated supply process sharing with holistic visibility for Adi Korea business in product categories and channel allocation to create a market competitive level of service relating to purchase order placement, tracking, availability as a SCM performance manager & S&OP process leader.
• Build, develop, and maintain working relationships with a cross functional team facilitating proactive business management, communication, issue resolution as well as driving key decisions.
• Lead change management and drive S&OP maturity across cross-functional teams to generate buy-in and adoption of successful S&OP process.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify risk and opportunities, run business metrics and follow up on country Exec S&OP commitments and actions including putting measures in place to prevent issue and occurrence.
• Support Korea SCM head in driving S&OP business cadence and process improvement, including building content and driving bi-weekly and monthly executive meetings by orchestrating with the cross-functional team leads to drive the true S&OP: integrating sales and demand planning with supply planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performance management owner
• Lead the team to co-ordinate, drive process improvement projects and programs to enhance supply chain performance and efficiency for fulfilment and logistic activities. This includes identification of acceleration potentials in Supply Chain balanced by WSH & DTC, creating the link to best-practices, innovations, and partnerships, and leading the sustainability charge for the function.
• Monitor the right level of inventory secured and distributed at the right time & with right quantity in alignment with Demand plan to meet customers &consumers¡¯ satisfactions.
• Track agreed business KPI¡¯s to mitigate costs and maximize service and drive actions and business plans to close gaps to targets.
• Coordinate the KPIs performance review, guaranteeing root cause analysis for those out of target and the implementation of operational excellence process to sustain the result.
• S&OP process leader
• Lead and facilitate monthly S&OP meeting and partner with key stakeholders including identify business risk and opportunity.
• Track and manage strategic inventory planning and execution, including managing new product launches and rapidly changing e-commerce and retail demands.
• Provide SCM content and support for monthly country Exec S&OP meetings.
• Partner Finance to deliver monthly planning guidance for all downstream stakeholders for to start every monthly SOP process.
• Secure Exec S&OP output and key messages are consistent and communicated to upstream stakeholders incl global and regional SCM.

• Fluent in English (written and oral); excellent interpersonal communication skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 12 years of job experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management
• Sales & Operation meeting management/execution experience with executives.
• FMCG industry supply chain management experience is preferred.
