Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Lead Wholesale business management(sell in & sell out) with strategic planning, financial plans, budgeting, sales forecasting based on various data management & analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Financial Planning
- Develop integrated business planning in alignment with finance target for WHS channels & customers (SBP, IBP, OTB, RFC, Sell in & Sell out)
- Lead long term WHS business planning based on strategical direction of company
- Lead budget set up for optimal target in harmony with financial goal and business needs
- Lead internal process of OTB & buy review for right buying decision to meet sell in target
- Develop and manage yearly NS plan in detail with actuals & assumptions
- Develop sales target allocation and manage sales progress & various factors with trough shooting in order to achieve yearly target for WHS channels & customers
- Manage sell out progress and accounts¡¯ inventory level for sustainable business environment
Business analysis and Reporting
- Analyze market data (sell in & sell out progress, sell thru, discount, mark down & return progress, inventory) and lead & develop report to produce actionable insights.
- Support & work with relative functions in making various simulations related to Wholesale sell-in, sell-out and inventory management.
Data Management
- System Key User for SAP, Global & Local BI and POS Store Information Module
Wholesale Project support
- Support key Wholesale projects by providing data analysis and setting up standard reporting
- Support on ad hoc projects & meeting presentations.
Key relationship:
- Global: Channel Management, Business Development, Finance
- Market commercial: Wholesale leadership team, Wholesale Channel team, Brand team
- Market back office: Finance, Business Development, SCM
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge in sales and/or financial planning and high level understanding and experience with retail or wholesale math and financial drivers.
- Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data and develop creative and innovative solutions within an entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from senior executives, stakeholders, cross functional business leaders, peers, and customers.
- Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities to accomplish assignments simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business with Sales / Marketing / Finance focus
- Minimum 5 years of business planning and analysis experience within Sales / Finance, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
- Experience of people and operational management preferred
- Exposure: Sports, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain
- IT skills: Professional MS Office Skills, SAP, BI
