Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive and support the adidas eCommerce business in Korea through providing consumer centric interface and experience to achieve incremental revenue for our eCommerce business & the improved performance on our branded experiences.
Use data and insights to optimize the experience during key brand moments and digital campaign activations to drive meaningful impact in the consumer¡¯s end-to-end browsing and shopping experience. The role seeks to understand what makes our consumer-base tick, understand their intent, questions and objectives through journey & data analysis and layer in a commercial, brand-enhancing proposition to address those issues across the entire end-to-end journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growing the business (more focus on App business but not only app, dotcom also included) and active members; curating, site merchandising and monitoring the sales performance of assortment and collections to tie in with special occasions and consumer moments.
- Manage profitable growth of the eCommerce business by improving KPI performance across conversion and consumer satisfaction metrics for Korea market.
- Manage local targeting and segmentation libraries in collaboration with Data Science, Digital Analytics, Performance Marketing, and CRM teams.
- Facilitate discovery process with a cross functional team consisting out of product owner, analytics, User Research, Design and operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to brainstorm the main consumer problems and opportunities and distill the right strategical themes which will drive the business forward.
- Set up and run AB tests on hypothesis that come out of the discovery process and guide the evaluation to get the learnings from the tests.
- Share learnings with different regions, product owners, UX & design, marketing and development teams with the common goal to optimize onboarding journey for new members and how we support our most valuable customers towards their first purchase and beyond.
- Leverage best in class tools and processes for monitoring performance, refining audiences, and defining further optimization and personalization.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the test planning process to identify tests to be performed, prioritizing these in alignment with business needs, IT releases and test development.
- Lead projects in order to drive conversion, enhance consumer satisfaction and drive.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- The incumbent is detail-oriented, consumer centric, data-driven and able to work cross-functionally with different key stakeholders.
- High level of analytical skills is essential with analytical software such as Adobe, GA, appsflyer, amplitude etc.
- Solid understanding of the web and app environment.
- Profound knowledge on UI/UX planning, execution
- Knowledge of A/B testing, all digital research types, measurement and good understanding of associated statistical methodologies
- Be aware of developments in PII security and laws when it comes to member information storage.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely.
- Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for conversion optimization and delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements.
- Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders and the team.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English and Korean verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 6 years of directly relevant experience in any of following functions: digital commerce, merchandising, brand marketing, strategy and digital products & experiences and relevant professional experience with an emphasis on E-Commerce, preferably with experience focused on mobile experiences.
- Prefer experience to drive a app business project or mid-term(over 5 months) project
- Experience on analytics and project leading
- Prefer experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Prefer experience with Monetate
- Prefer experience with Omni Hub, Kibana, Power BI
- Prefer experience with Adobe, GA, appsflyer, amplitude
