INPSIRE Entertainment Resort의 IT 부서에서 Database Administrator를 채용합니다. 리조트 내의  DB 가용성 과 일관된 성능을 보장하기 위해 중요한 SQL Server RDBMS 시스템의 구현, 구성, 유지 관리, 보안 및 성능을 담당하는 업무를 Support 합니다. 탄탄한 기술력, 논리적 사고, 뛰어난 대인관계 및 의사소통 능력을 갖춘 분을 찾고 있습니다.

미국 Corporate Office와 밀접하게 업무를 수행해야 하는 포지션으로 최소한의 영어 communication 이 가능한 분을 선호합니다.

[Summary]

The SQL Server DBA will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, security and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, logical thinking as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)

• DB내의 개발부터 미션크리티컬 프로덕션 시스템까지 다양한 제품 수명주기 환경을 통해 SQL Server 데이터베이스를 관리합니다.
• 높은 수준의 성능, 고가용성 및 보안을 보장하기 위해 시스템 상태 및 성능 모니터링을 포함하여 데이터베이스 서버 및 프로세스를 구성하고 유지 관리합니다.
• 개발 및 구현, DB 통합 및 성능 예외사항을 충족할 수 있도록 데이터 모델링 기술을 적용합니다.
• DB에 대한 보안 취약점을 해결, 문제점 분석 및 이슈파악, 실시간 end-to-end 문제 해결능력이 필요합니다.
• 정기적인 프로세스, 문서화 및 데이터베이스 변경 사항에 대한 변화관리를 합니다.
• 중요한 시스템에 대해 연중 무휴 24시간 지원이 필요합니다.
• DB에 대한 유지관리를 수행하고 DB 배포등의 업무지원 이 필요합니다.
• DB영역에 대한 기술전문 지식을 공유하고 다른 동료 및 팀 구성원에게 기술 멘토링 및 교차 교육 제공이 필요합니다.
• 오픈소스 기반 데이터베이스의 운영, 보안, 취약점 관리 및 튜닝에 대한 능력이 필요합니다.
• DB 인프라에 대한 이해와 설계 능력이 필요합니다.
• 모히건 본사(Corporate Office)와의 의사소통 능력이 필요합니다.
• 모든 해당 규정에 따라 기밀 및 개인정보 보호 규정을 유지 및 시행할 책임이 있습니다.

• Manage SQL Server database through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, high availability, and security.
• Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance exceptions.
• Independently analyze, solve, tuning, dispatch the vulnerabilities and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, documentations and controlling any changes on the database.
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
• Share the domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
• Required ability to operate, managing security, vulnerabilities, and tuning the open source-based database (MySQL, PostgreDB, MariaDB, etc.)
• Required ability and understanding of architecting Database Infrastructure
• Required to communicate with Mohegan HQ
• Responsible for maintaining and enforcing confidentiality and privacy rules pursuant to all applicable regulations.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• 컴퓨터 과학, 공학, 비즈니스 또는 관련 분야에서 학사 혹은 석사 학위 소지자.
• 중견 기업 이상의 데이터 베이스 관리 시스템 지원 역할을 5년 이상 경험 및 오픈 소스 기반의 데이터베이스 운영 경험이 있어야 합니다.
• 영어로 의사소통이 가능해야 합니다.

• Masters or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Must have more than 5 years of experience in database management system & support for more than mid-sized companies and require experience of managing open source-based database.
• Required to knowledge of communication by English.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• 사무실 근무 환경.
• 장시간 동안 컴퓨터 화면 앞에서 앉아있을 수 있어야 합니다.
• 다양한 근무 시간과 유연한 시간대에 근무할 수 있어야 합니다.

• Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
• Be able to work flexible hours, travel and frequent trips.
• Must be willing to work flexible to support resort operations.
