Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager for China market is responsible for strategically planning, managing & executing campaigns to fulfil digital landscape in a wholistic view. Responsible for other Digital Marketing activities across the resort ranging from, but not limited to, content planning and management targeting China market, developing social media and digital partnership to increase brand awareness and profit, initiating OTA partnerships & so on across multiple channels.
Developing and managing various digital initiatives, campaigns, and programs, is at the cutting edge of digital technologies and willing to introduce groundbreaking initiatives to the business; specific to a market he/she is responsible for.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising/SEO/SEM – Drive digital performance marketing for China market across key search engines, major portals, and platforms such as Baidu, Sohu and so on; ensure dominant position in key channels with competitive & special keywords. Suggest & constantly look for cost efficient way of advertising to increase brand awareness and ensuring high engagement, call to action and leading to key result in the end. Pro-active to find new advertising tool / product that will increase efficiency and have operational skill to manage them.
- Social Media Channel Management – Lead the social media marketing for China market across key platforms such as WeChat, Weibo and etc. from setting strategic plans for each platform to operating effectively based on the target market¡¯s status. Manage digital activities regarding social media marketing which involve contents creation with 3rd party, operating advertisement based on target periods, and other relevant activities that will build up brand equity & awareness along with contribution to profit.
- Digital Media Development & Collaboration – Initiate digital partnerships to fulfil integrated digital marketing strategy that will achieve brand awareness, acquisition, and elevate customer¡¯s digital experience. Develop and execute resort-wide digital media campaigns leveraging all digital channels & working in close collaboration with Business Stakeholders as well.
- Digital Integrations with Resort Systems – Ensures integration with on-property Technical Digital Applications – Hotel & F&B booking engines, On-line ticket sales, loyalty program integration, UX designs for Casino applications, Online Product Sales/redemptions, campaign management redemptions, property way-finders, and so forth.
- Content Management – The Digital Marketing Manager for China works together with internal team and alongside any external agencies to deliver & deploy fully optimized content for social media, digital applications, app, Kiosks and website from visuals to copy writings. In charge of managing all relevant digital & mobile platforms have the latest & accurate contents which are well optimized.
- Compliance - Ensures related compliance requirements are maintained for all customer facing materials including privacy and other related regulations.
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- A bachelor¡¯s degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience of Digital Marketing activities in one or more of the following markets – China
- Proven experience in Omni-channel executions and the creative use of digital technologies to drive campaigns and customer engagement
- General knowledge and experience with CMS platforms
- Overall understanding & experience on usability and online A/B testing tools
- Strong user of Microsoft Office Products & web-based hosting solutions (e.g. Adobe, Drupal, etc.)
- Excellent design and visual interpretation, and creativity in digital and mobile spaces
- Ability to work independently; with INSPIRE colleagues and agencies
- Excellent written and communication skills in one or more languages – Korean, English, Chinese.
- Although not essential, experience in the Hospitality industry advantageous
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail, organized and plans his/her time accordingly to ensure deadlines are hit
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
- Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests
