How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Optimization & efficiency improvement

• • Develop tool and methodology to make a best efficiency operation
• • Analysis operation efficiency and its cost evaluation
• • Suggest best economic operation and its implementation with production team
• • Participate in project and technical review meeting and support them
• • Implement new and upgrade of operation process with MOC and support for setting up new products
• • Take ownership of plant and process optimization projects

2. Document & record management

• • Ensure all the document & records managed according to AL policy, especially P&ID and its related technical documents
• • SOP/ KGS/ KOSHA and RMP revise management & update

3. IMS Management & Quality Control

• • Actively involve with safety mindset in the plant
• • Participate into safety meeting & RCA
• • SR+Q meeting progress & preparation
• • Manage KGS&KOSHA licensing work (regular inspection, autonomous inspection)
• • Support to normal operation of Lab analysis
• • Comply with Group document (GE, GT, IN...)
• • Respond to the IMS/Quality Audit and execute action plans
• • Responsible for eMOC creation and implementation

4. Customer complaint response

• • Implement Customer and internal NC
• • Respond to customer audit and follow up the action plans

5. Engineering support to C-IMP projects

• • Facilitation in Continuous Improvement events including facilitate C-IMP awareness session
• • Interacts with Business lines to share success stories, best practice consolidation
• • Coach in charge of Business lines and support C-IMP Leaders, train new ones if needed
• • Support C-IMP projects according to C-IMP methodology

Are you a MATCH?

• • Bachelor Degree or above, Major in Chemical engineering or Mechanical engineering

• • More than 10 years working experience in Production engineer

• • A visionary with a passion for leadership and innovation.

• • Eager to challenge the status quo and drive significant improvements.

• • Committed to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.

• • A problem-solver with a keen eye for optimizing processes and operations.

• • English level: Fluent
