As an OEM/ Indirect Sales Leader for Process Automation Business Area in Seoul, South Korea, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a highly effective OEM Sales strategy in specified market (global/regional/local) mainly through channel partners in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Planning and ensuring execution of business area/division sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for assigned channel in a profitable way: orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
