MAIN PURPOSE

To help the company succeed by training and developing its people

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Create comprehensive training content and materials to drive staff development, growth, and advancement

•   Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing development opportunities for staff and leadership

•   Deploy a variety of learning methods across the company (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

•   Design, deliver, and evaluate e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings

•   Assess the effectiveness of development plans and help employees maximize learning opportunities

•   Establish, track, and report on Learning & Development performance against objectives

•   Drive the execution of Talent and Culture Programs, including Performance Management Initiatives and company-wide Engagement Surveys

•   Oversee the execution of the employee recognition and engagement program, focusing on increasing overall employee satisfaction and engagement

•   Lead the annual performance review process, ensuring constructive feedback and actionable development plans for all employees

•   Oversee and develop policies relating to a company¡¯s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities

•   Assist with the development and implementation of culture initiatives, and employee engagement activities

•   Ensure effective working relationships and exchange of best practices with global employment practices

•   Act as primary point of contact for regional learning needs, leading regional learning strategy communication to ensure successful project and program implementation

•   Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor

 

REQUIREMENTS

•  Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar in MNC

•  10 years of experience in developing and delivering training to diverse skills teams across a variety of platforms

•  Proficient written and speaking communication in English
