Operational Improvement

Up-to-date document management

- Develop / Improve Stanadard Operation Procedure of the filling center

- Suggest potential process improvements in filling operation in terms of safety, reliability and efficiency

Prepares empty Cylinders and Tube trailer for filling

Number of NC

- Sorts cylinders and Tube Trailer by product and checks for defects.

- Cleans the cylinders and conducts sniff tests.

- Replaces labels on the cylinders and inputs data into CMS (Cylinder Management System).

- Responsible for the start-up and shut down of filling equipment.

- Connects cylinders, vents, then purges residual gas using a vacuum pump.

- Fills cylinders according to the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) assigned to the gas being filled.

- Keeps up with the norms set out for filling and inputs data.

- Publish a Certificate of Analysis

Sales, Logistics and operation assistance

Stock management

- Responsible for the adequate handling of tube trailer/cylinder logistics within Yeosu HYCO facility and ensure adequate stocks and timely supply to customers.

- Analyze the turn-over rate of tube trailers and estimate required number of tube trailers.

- Build and maintain good communication channels with drivers and customers.

- Coordinate and deliver sales forecast information to Yeosu HYCO operation team

Safety and IMS

- Aggressively act to meet the ALK’s safety and IMS objectives.

- Knows and respects all safety and IMS requirements

- Reports any safety issues to the Production manager

- Makes sure that appropriate corrective and preventive measures are in place in order to answer customer complaints

- Strictly apply work permits for all of person and all of works.
