  • Objective of the Position: 
  • We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic HR & Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and administrative processes. They should also be proficient in managing personnel records, updating databases, and assisting in HR operations such as hiring & sourcing, updating company policies, and preparing HR-related reports to meet the requirements set by the head office in Hong Kong. The HR & Admin Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, supporting employee engagement strategies, and promoting effective communication within the organization. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • This role offers a great opportunity to impact our HR processes and overall organizational efficiency significantly.
  • 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company¡¯s overall objectives.
  • 2. Manage end to end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • 3. Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations.
  • 4. Develop and administer employee benefits programs, and provide information and support to employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • 5. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • 6. Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • 7. Manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and accurate record keeping.
  • 8. Oversee the administration of company policies and procedures ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • 9. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • 10. Collaborate with Finance Team to manage the general administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing office supplies, equipment, facilities management, travel arrangement, office renovation and relocation projects, and Ad hoc projects.

  • Minimum Requirement:

  • 1. Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • 2. Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with 3 years in managerial capacity\

  • 3. Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

  • 4. Proficient in written and spoken communication in Korea and English

  • 5. Conversant with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT)
