• Establish and manage dashboard of sales performance by territory, sales reps and segments

• Establish long term and short term sales plan to guide sales (FCST/LBE Update & Consolidate)

• Internal approval processes for deals, contracts, prices, FOC, sales promotion, credit request and others to delivery on time to end users/distributors to our systems & solutions; Weekly & Monthly update

• Support order processing for direct sales for MRO business in collaboration with sales reps and supply chain team.

• Communicate regularly with channel partners to assess needs for collaboration, support and improvement, and bridge communication with relevant internal functions

• Control distributor inventory with month closing and maintain appropriate MOH (month on hand) level.

• Sell-out / inventory information, performance matrix(data) update & share by real time

• Contribute to the customers database update with Sales Force and active installed base

• Support team's IB management

• Inbound call management from customers and Dealers

• Support the 3rd party purchasing process and warranty insurance operation
