POSITION OVERVIEW
PM is responsible for the implementation of the product strategy, the marketing plan and all related marketing and sales activities. He/she manages product lifecycle and launches new products in accordance with global launching plan. To increase market share of community products, PM takes initiatives to execute e-mail campaigns to wide range of customer groups. He/she has to be aware of our competitors¡¯ products as well as Laerdal products to develop differentiated product strategies. PM has to be an expert on our products to provide trouble shootings to customers who have pain points in using our products or ask product related questions. PM has good relationship with KOLs, scientific and commercial partners to collaborate our strategy with them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for us in alignment with Laerdal Medical's overall objectives and market trends in the Community, Patient Care and digitized product industry.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer pain points, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the Patient Simulations and Resuscitation industry.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
- Product Development: Work closely with Product Management teams to ensure the successful development and timely delivery of Laerdal Medical, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable product enhancements or features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management teams, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product delivery and launch.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and training programs for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Product Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.
